Heartcode ACLS is a blended learning American Heart Association course consisting of 2 parts: Heartcode ACLS Online Portion and Heartcode ACLS Hands-on Skills Portion. 

Upon completion of registration, a Heartcode ACLS Online Course access URL LINK will be sent within 3 business days to your email.

If you are not eligible for a promo code, please pay with your credit/debit card.

We will not issue a refund. IMPORTANT- For NYU Langone Hospital–Long Island employees, if ACLS is required for your position and if your department will cover the cost of ACLS, please contact your department manager/coordinator/educator to receive your promo code.

BLS Renewal with your ACLS 

Click "Yes" to add BLS to ACLS. A $72.50 fee will be charged to your credit/debit card and the BLS Online Portion is issued to you immediately. Please note that both online course completion certificates must be submitted at class.



ACLS Online Portion
Recommended time for completion of this course is 3-5 hours depending on the learner's background and may be completed in multiple logins. Please complete your Heartcode ACLS online course and submit the printed course completion certificate to the instructor at the in-classroom Heartcode ACLS Hands-on session that you have registered for.

ACLS Hands-on Portion
Please enroll in one session only.
If you need to change your session after you have enrolled, you must contact us to request a different session. Do not register again. Upon completion of the hands-on session, you will receive an ACLS course completion card which expires 2 years after the issue date.

Course Requirements:

  • Online portion - Course Survey must be completed to access the Online Course Completion Certificate which is required for admission to the Hands-on Session.
  • Hands-on Portion must be taken and successfully completed within 60 days of completing your Heartcode ACLS Online Course completion certificate must be submitted to the instructor. 

 

 

This course is open to NYU Langone Hospital–Long Island employees and all healthcare providers who require an American Heart Association BLS course completion card to work.

 

BLS Renewal - Completed in 2 steps  

Total BLS Fees $72.50 = BLS Online portion ($32.50) & Hands-on portion ($40.00) 

 

Heartcode BLS Online portion - Course Survey must be completed to access the Online Course Completion Certificate which is required for admission to the Hands-on Session.

Successful completion of Step-1 and Step-2 are required to complete your BLS renewal after which you will receive a BLS course completion card with recommended renewal date 2 years after the issue date. If you need to change to another session after you have enrolled, please make the request via email to Community.TrainingCenter@nyulangone.orgPromo Codes are not offered for this course. No refunds will be issued.

 The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, PALS, & Heartsaver and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.

Please complete your Heartcode PALS online course and submit the printed course completion certificate to the instructor at the in-classroom Heartcode PALS Hands-on session that you have registered for. 

PALS Hands-on Portion
Please enroll in one session only.
If you need to change your sessio
n after you have enrolled, you must contact us to request a different session. Do not register again. Upon completion of the hands-on session, you will receive a PALS course completion card with recommended renewal 2 years after the issue date.

  • Heartcode PALS Hands-on session must be taken and successfully completed within 60 days of finishing your Heartcode PALS Online Course completion certificate must be submitted to the instructor.
